16x10 -12 front wheels on Civic EF, drag use only, fitment questions
Okay, there's a pair of Diamond Racing 10" wide wheels for sale, 4x100 bolt pattern. I know they won't clear the fenders (I'll chop up a spare set of fenders to fit).
These aren't for driving around on the daily. I want these purely for the drag strip.
They're 16x10 -12 offset.
Am I going to have issues with brake caliper clearance, or spindles, or anything of that nature? I don't expect to be able to turn very easily.
Any help is appreciated.
He's only asking $300 with 4 tires...

Diamond Racing only charges about $80 per wheel... so $300 for a pair seems a bit extreme, unless they come with good tires.
As long as you have the stock brakes up front, you should be okay. At best you'll need a tiny 5mm spacer.
