Made this back in 11' for my friend's 87 Prelude. Ran out of oxygen and acetylene so I cut out all the plate with a 4.5" grinder. Had to shorten up the radius rods a little, but they're straight, and full pen welds. Also plug welded the bungs

You know, I don't remember, lol. I fab'd so much stuff for that car it was hard to keep track of anything. It's up on stands right now since we're about to boost his F22b1 I shoehorned in there, so I'll grab some measurements for ya when I can

Here's mine for the ol crx...
Cut the stock radius arms.
Spun them down in the lathe at work.
Welded the bung in the end of the tube for the heim and welded the tube to the rod. So far so good.

Just discovered this thread and I have to say thank you to everyone that has contributed info to it. I'm in the process of building a traction bar to clear kiwi's splitter brackets on my racecar (89' crx). I was going to modify the stock crossmember but between the splitter brackets and the header not clearing I just decided to make something. I''ll post up a picture or two when I'm done if it doesn't look crap. Don't hold your breath on the pictures

I'd be interested to buy a quality bar if someone is willing to fab one up for me?

Sorry to bump an old thread..
but does anyone know where I can order the (2) end flanges for the lower radiator support bar?
And if not, what thickness steel plates to use? 1/4"? Rather buy some pre cut instead of making my own to save some time. Already made the traction bars, just need to finalize my lower radiator support bar.
Thanks in advance
