Re: twin charged civic
Ever reconsidered changing the angle of the turbo or running a scavenge pump? But for extreme turbo angles, even scavenge pumps don't work.
Make sure it is within +/- 15deg at any rotational angle as stated:
"When installing your turbocharger, insure that the turbocharger axis of rotation is parallel to the level ground within +/- 15°. This means that the oil inlet/outlet should be within 15° of being perpendicular to level ground"
Besides that, everything looks good

Looks awesome as always Weir. Take this with a grain of salt, because I'm not hating at all, more just curious... Any reason why the wastegate is more prioritized over the turbo as far as flow through the manifold goes? I'm sure the setup still works just fine, it's just something I haven't really seen before

Nah seriously, we've done it before, but not to that extreme, actually looks like the wastegate pipes bigger than the turbo. We normally do it the other way, with the wastegate coming off the 90 rather than the turbo.
Hope its a smooth transition, hard to tell from the outside.

Re: twin charged civic
the customer wanted it to be wastegate priority to control boost. the wastegate has a 2.5" inlet into it, where as the turbo only has a 2.25" inlet. that is the reason for the different size piping.

Re: twin charged civic
i've seen it on plenty of setups. here is one of my favs, the cosworth xfe engine:
they want to control boost so accurately they even have a throttle body at the intake plenum mouth as well as barrel throttles in the head to control flow.
