Default Combo unit?

I cringe every time I see a "what do you think of this [fill in the blank] I found on ebay" thread, but here I am starting one. . .

I found this thing by accident and became intrigued. I know its Chinese crap, but I am a an avid hobbiest, not a professional fabricator (though I seem to be doing more and more work for hire), so I thought is might be a decent entry-level (i.e. cheap) way to get a tig and plasma cutter I can use for simple aluminum fabrication. I know it doesn't have a lot of beans, but I do mostly light to mid gauge aluminum stuff and I currently use a spool gun Mig.

Here's the link:

So, aside from the mandatory "its cheaply made" and "you get what you pay for" comments, what do you think? Anyone use a machine similar to this?

Thanks for your input.

EDIT - correct link now. Don't know how that other one was posted; I guess I had too many threads open at the same time. : (

I dont think MSD stuff is cheaply made, but I havent been very impressed with the tig welds that I have gotten out of my digital window switch.
