not when you have to build a muffler from scratch.

Hi Markku from New Zealand :D

As per your picture http://www.agtronicmotorsport.com/ga...ring%20068.jpg

What's the block you're using? I've been using old cylinder heads for doing my inlet manifolds, be good to have a big block of something with multiple molting points for different manifolds.

Keep up the excellent work, though.

Haha, you don't want a picture of me wearing it, you need a picture of a hotass girl wearing nothing BUT one of your t-shirts! I'll work on it (finding the proper t-shirt model and taking the picture), but I know there are plenty up your way.

Okay, for your next article de vetement, we need an awesome Agtronic ball cap with a flat brim like Kimi Raikonnen and Ken Block always wear. Get on it! LOL. . .

That's simply a 22 x 6 x 2" mild steel block. When I make a new manifold, I drill/tap the pattern of the flange onto it. I can bolt different jig guides to the sides. It's heavy enough to stand up on its side with a manifold bolted on, which is great for welding. I have patterns for manifolds, turbo flanges and anything else I want to keep straight during welding. If I had more time, I would like to drill a maze of argon passages into the middle of it, so I can block certain holes and direct argon to specific runners, through a fitting on the side of the block. But that's just me dreaming big.

/\ thats a good idea with the argon holes. I have a 4 foot by 5in by 2 inch piece of steel im going to cut up and make a similar jig mount.

I hate to, yet have to ask; why didn't you put the bar closer to the roof?

It's already touching the headliner, and he wanted to keep it.

But be shy guys, I know that roll bars / roll cages are the single most touchy subjects to post on here.

That's exactly what I did with mine, worth every bit of time it took to machine the passages, you won't regret it.
