Stainless steel water meth tank

Hello everyone, I'm building a water meth tank in stainless steel.
Does anyone know it exist a treatment to prevent rust, like the motorbike tank gum that can resist to meth?

Use 316/316L stainless . . . tank gum is only needed if you can't weld and you're worried about pin holes.
