Just going to randomly share titanium parts we make.

While the piece looks good, the non oem logo doesn't do it flr me

For a one off piece it looks cool but I'm sure that the 18 unnecessary welds considerably raises the price on a production piece. A larger logo only makes things worse.

Perhaps you didn't notice how tight the 180 turn is. There also isn't a whole lot of space and we mimic the stock profile/shape as much as possible.

Beautiful piece man. Definitely a work of art.

Looks nice, but can someone learn me on this lobster backing. Obviously you can adjust the radius with lobsterback but wouldn't a piece of mandrel bent pipe be way cheaper and flow better?

When the radius is really tight you have to use pie cuts. When you mandrel bend pipes you are stretching the material out. In this case, the titanium tubing is 1 mm thick. Another reason is not only can you do tight turns, you can also change the "clocking" of every piece. allowing very fine control of where the piping goes. Flow wise, when done properly pie cuts flows just as well. When possible it certainly is cheaper to do a mandrel bent piece. But for this particular case we also doing it both for aesthetics as well as fitment.

What machine are you using that you can pause the pulse like that?

Local Taiwan made machine called Hero Power. We use the DC version, it's either this one or very similar.

Are there any advantages to this titanium pipe vs the stock AL pipe?

Stock air cleaner side ID is 60 mm (we are 65 mm)
Stock air cleaner side OD is 66 mm (we are 67 mm)
Stock piping is starting from 60 mm round then changes into semi-flat bottom oval shape then slight tapering down to 58 mm. (we are 63 mm OD 61 mm ID for the entire length of the pipe with tight radius pie cuts)
Stock turbocharger side ID is 58 mm (we are 60/61 mm)

Stock weight is 1.43 kg (3.15 lbs) we are 0.62 kg (1.36 lbs)

Titanium will transfer way less heat which means the air temperature will be significantly lower. Future revision may include additional heat shielding depending on real world data.

I love the tiger striping! Really neat how it's done.
