Default Fabricating with a GSR block vs LS

Hi guys, I'm looking to start fabricating a jig for a turbo manifold for my DC2.

My turbo motor will be an LS motor and the car currently has a GSR motor.

If I start fabbing on the GSR block using the AC compressor bracket mounts will I run into any issues with the deckheight of the LS motor when I install it (late next year).

Thanks!

gsr and ls blocks have the same deck height. only the b16a had a shorter deck.
