im very impressed
has anyone else on here used this w/o any cylinder wall issues? </TD></TR></TABLE>
well if you were to do this wouldnt you run into problems like....the devcon melting? i mean its only rated at 120 degree wet and 250 dry. most of the time it'll be wet. wouldnt it just be pointless to put it in and run into overheating problems? can anyone verify that this process/ method is proven?
oh i did, have a beer after reading this write up though. not optional, mandatory! lol

if he uses an ls engine like he said he might.. it would be best to put most of the devcon in the middle cause of the rod ratio of the ls engine thats where most of the stress is put.

Funny thing today, wiseco said I needed to take a mold of my combustion chamber for them to use and I asked with what they said a certain devcon.
I replied saying it better not be the one I know this guy used!

thats probably not gona happen cause the guy who made this thread has problems with a lot of honda tech. and i think he might be banned im not sure.
i too would like to hear results from OTHER people who have tried this.. I wanted to do this to my b20 but on the b20 it wont make a diffence cause the sleeves are still too thin inbetween the cylinders...

The question i have is why go to the trouble the gsr bottom end is good for 400hp with just good tuning and building skills. Maybe more with forged parts. Seems like a waste of time to me. 300 hp is dd reliable from what ive seen. Never heard any horror stories if the setup is right.

Anybody who knows anything will agree. Why people put in block guards and crap like this will never make sense to me.
