I have an RCI 8-gallon cell that's going in my Mustang. The spare tire area should be about the same size as the teg's, but I think the mustang's is deeper. But the cell fits perfect and allows room on the front and rear of it to mount the straps.
The only 'fabrication' needed is cutting a hole where the sump will stick through the floor. I'm probably going to weld in a sheetmetal sump to the floor to cover and protect the cells plastic sump that sticks through.

Whats the purpose of the car?
Drag: you'll only need something small and usually closer to the engine.
RR/AutoX: 8-15g with either slopped sump or intank sump box so you don't fuel starve.
Street: need something to handle medium length travel 12-15 gallon
I personally have a ATL 12 gallon bladder/steel box setup with intank surge tank for RR purposes. The fill plate has rollover protection as well. Mounted in a CRX near stock location with sheet metal cut out so cell drops in from incar. Steel square tubes integrated into roll cage to mount the cell.

The setup is not completed, but I do have the cage finished with the mounting tubes run for the tank. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures taken, and the car is in storage for the winter. The tank is a 15g ATL Super Cell 100 Series with drop in 3-door surge tank and intank fuel pump. Filter at the tank and at the rail. Fill and return lines are either -8AN braided or 1/2" SS hard line. External inline Walbro 255 at the tank as well. The car will be between 275-400 hp depending on boost levels on a gt30r turbo'd B16a. Fun weekend car that will see some open road course racing.
I'll work on getting some pictures.

You might be interested in an ATL well cell, its designed to fit in a spare tire well. They come in an 8 and 12 gallon size.... iirc the 12 gallon is the only one they can fit with a surge box / flapper door set up.
Nice piece.
