WTB: OBD1 vtec ecu (auto/manual/BROKEN) and the harness
I need an obd1 ecu (preferably a p28) and the plugs + a few inches of the harness.
I've decided i'd like to make my own obd0-obd1 conversion harness but i need the obd1 stuff to do it to.

i got the plugs, and the ecu, just that the ecu don't start the car but the ecu is not fried.
