...check out http://www.ahmotor.com/ if no one comes through, they can probably get it to you at a decent price.

I just bought a OEM factory bumper bra for my upcoming trip and I got a fantastic deal, a great service and I got the part in 2 days. Just make sure when you order from Tracy, be as specific as you can since the dealership is very very busy and Tracy's hair is always on fire from running around in there. Tracy is also on the top list among the NSX folks for all of their OEM parts need. Thanks Tracy. "

Yes, Tracy Townsend at Gunn Acura in TX is great. Great service, cheap prices and fast turn around. Give him a call first before you buy a new one. YOu will be surprised.
