WTB CAR ASAP !!! CASH IN HAND !!

I'm looking for a new car and "I have cash in hand" !!!!! Looking to spend between $7k-$10k. Looking to buy this week. Im located in fredericksburg, Va.

Interested in 99-00 Civic Si - EK Hatch - 98+ Integra.

Car must have ac/ps. Clean Title. Little to no body damage...

How far away are you willing to buy? I'm pretty far away, but I have a couple cars in your price range.
