This is a 97 Honda Civic EX converted to a 00. The car is in great condition Below is a description of everything at is including in the car. The car does have AC. I repeat is has AC! It also has the power steering line. You would just need the power steering pump in order to have power steering if you want. Its all power and everything works perfect.
