Yep, it'll be up to the buyer, for this price.

Like I said, if for some reason it doesn't get sold within the next few weeks, I'll register/smog myself, clean up the interior, and list it on autotrader/recylcer, etc. But I'll be asking closer to $3k.
It's just a total b word to find extra time at the moment.

yea i figured. its all good im a bmw tech so im not trippin off of smog and such. do you still have the door panel? and for some reason i havent gotten a pm. one more thing is smog test only or regular?

Yeah, just sent another PM. But yeah, I do have the door panel, it's just torn, from where the previous owner neglected the screw on the OS handle when he removed the door panel to be mr. fix it.
and no special test only smog is needed, just standard change of owner smog.

But yeah. Just got back from Thousand Oaks, and totally forgot how nice the car is for the $2200 i'm asking, and i'm totally regretting buying brand new tires in May(driven maybe 200 miles since)... I'll probably be taking out the monte carlo steering wheel. It was from my previous two EG hatchbacks so might as well keep something.
