Default FS: 1993 Civic hatchback

This has been my summer car over the last 3 yrs. Only driven in nice weather, garaged for the whole winter. Its a platform I had always wanted, I've built it up with upmost care and attention. I had no intention of getting rid of it, and will probably get another one down the road. For now bought something else and need the room.

SO:

1993 Honda Civic Hatchback - Captiva Blue Pearl
Chipped ECU Dyno Tuned by Phearable.net - 183hp
JDM B18c Motor w/ 99 LS Transmission, motor was replaced with typical low milage motor from Japan Direct in Mississagua CA about 3 yrs ago. I've put less than 5000 miles on it. Try and price a B18C today its 2500-3000K alone.
HAsport Auto-Manual Conversion Mount: Entire subframe was blasted, and painted. Brand new LCA's.
It has a GSR steering rack with Type R pinion and depowered. See Michael Flare video on YouTube. This is pure manual and precise.
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Password JDM Whale *****
AEM Fuel Rail w/ Braided Lines + AN Fittings
Aeromotive FPR
Fuel Pressure Gauge on Rail
Walbro Fuel Pump new last year. Less than 1000 miles
OEM Dual Core Radiator
Ebay Header
2.5” Custom Mandreled Exhaust Resonated and custom dolphin tale..will include S2000 Twinloop - Super Quiet
GSR Front & Rear Brakes Calipers rebuilt and epoxied a year ago.
GSR 1” Brake Master
GSR Proportioning Valve
GSR Blades, Falken Azenis bought this summer less than 1000 miles.
GSR rear LCA's and Type R sway bar
GSR clutch master
Civic Front Sway Bar
BC Coilovers, Height/Stiffness Adjustable
Camber Kit Front & Rear
Short Shifter, new linkage, new bushings
Black Type-R Red Stich Shift Boot

Only cons are few body dings that ideally will need to be addressed. Mechanically 100% sound.

This is a car you need to experience to appreciate. No low ballers, no tire kickers. Prefer to deal in person.

Like I said, this is not a must sell. This is one clean and well done Hatch.

Please text 937-694-0089

If it does not sell before snow hits western NY, it will go into storage.

List for $7500

Why is this here? Totally unrelated to the sale.

Solid looking hatch. I am curious as to why you drove it all the way down to St. Pete FL to tune it...

This is very disrespectful behavior... make your own thread and stop hijacking others. This OP is trying to sell his automobile, not answer your questions.

Car was originally purchased in Tampa. LOONG story on purchase which I'll be glad to share and a cautonary tale about craigslist.

I live in Western NY where the car was being tuned when the disaster happened.

New used JDM motor and your benefit is the result. I'm happy to tell the story if you're interested in purchase. I have nothing to hide. All 100% honest.

Short of it is car is solid and in great shape with a solid motor and all peripherals.

Send me a text if interested.

I forgot to mention. The entire AC system is included. I just never put it back on when I changed the engine. Will just need refrigerant and probably new seals at the connection points.

As mentioned earlier, when the weather turns to crap it will be in storage and although can be seen easily, driving it may be an issue.

I know from searching and talking the price is on the high side, but I'm leaving a tiny bit for discussion. I recently was purchasing a car and one of my initial searches led me to a guy who would not budge not ONE penny from the asking price. Maybe I watch too many shows but 7500 is a starting price. I think its worth it but I'm not crazy. Reminder the Azenis were bought new this summer. Also forgot about the Bi-Xenon Morimoto headlights.

Thanks for looking.

Update::

Car in storage now. Still remains completely mechanically in great condition.

I also forgot to mention other goddies that come with purchase. I have additional cams from old B-18C as well as OEM intake, and various parts. In addition to all AC parts I have an old manual steering rack and other various parts that came from the OBD2 engine I ended up using.

Car remains available to look at though driving it in our weather will be an issue.

WIll repost and update when we though out of our freeze.

Seems a mistake was made somewhere.. Car is safely in storage and not sold. Will be washing out carpets with that nifty high pressure tool everyone has seen on facebook, ebay, intagram etc. But gotta wait till weather changes..

Not sure why this is marked as SOLD...IT IS NOT!!!

Car was in storage for winter, and its out. It's still quite cold here in western NY, but its out, driving and will post updated pictures as I get to detailing it further.

Much like before the car is 100% ready to go. I had some interested parties, but care was placed inside temperature controlled garage and this car needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.

Third nice day of the year. Spent a little while cleaning up engine bay. The more u clean the more you see you want to clean. Still planning on taking seats out and re-clean carpet. Will post when I can wash and wax.

This short video was taken last summer before I put the car up for the winter. Everyone who's driven one of these small cars with right around 200hp knows how they feel. Those Falkens Azenis that I have are like glue. This is a car you can drive right to the limit and still be in good control.

Enjoy:

GLWS. Like the car but with the omission of A/C, Cruise control, No moonroof, No Airbags, No power windows or power locks, makes it hard to swallow for $7500. Power steering? Hope you get what your asking for it.

I have all the equipment for the AC. yes the other stuff is for a different platform, but I don't see the need for all that. I've had a number of inquiries, but they don't amount to anything till someone makes the transaction. There are not that many out there and its a niche car. I will get another one in the future for a K swap. Mean time this one is a blast and whoever gets it will have a great time with it.

P.S.

It does have a Viper alarm system, so technically power locks are there. Windows are manual. This is not a luxury car...its a mini race car

No USDM 93-95 Civic hatchback came with power windows or door locks. Only one that had sunroof was the SI. This model is likely a DX.
