Green 1996 Honda Civic EX, 2DR coupe. Clean and clear Colorado title in hand. The only trades I am possibly interested in (long shots) are clean, low mileage, minimal modified:

Newer STI's, WRX, EVO's, Infiniti FX35 45, G35X G37X, M35X M45X Sedans, Audi S4

Body:

Car was stripped down and all body work (dent’s dings etc.) and paint were done by Body Tech in Sheridan.
Paint is the same original color with a slightly darker green tint. Body and paint done by a professional shop. Paint and body are in great shape but it’s not OEM quality (luster isn’t the same and there is one small spot of clear coat over run and a small area near the trunk where the masking is too close to edge.
New OEM front and rear mud-flaps
OEM Honda S2000 side markers
Aftermarket headlights and taillights. Light grey tint.
Aftermarket HID kit installed, 6K in color, high and low beams (have one extra bulb).
1" hood spacers
Si front lip w/ matching paint.
New windshield installed 10/2/12 and OEM moldings for both front and rear glass was done at same time.
New OEM molding / clip for windows (don't know what to call these but they always fade from black to the bare metal)

Suspension:

Rear disc conversion from an Integra
Proportioning valve was swapped for the 99-00 Si unit.
Eibach Prokit springs on Koni Yellow struts (photos show Koni STR-T struts, recently upgraded to Koni adjustable yellows, purchased new).
Suspension Techniques front and rear sway bars
Blox lower control arms
Generic front strut bar
Stock brake rotors and Honda pads
Russel stainless steel brake lines
Black painted calipers

Sound:

Kenwood CD player with USB connection
Soundstream 6X9’s in back, Infinity components up front.
1-4 channel Alpine amp pushing the speakers.

Interior:

Stock Civic EX seats. Super clean, no rips or tears.
Civic Si cluster with aftermarket gauge pod cluster surround.
AEM wideband A/F gauge and Prosport Premium boost gauge.
20% tint all around
Great alarm system with Greddy Turbo Timer connected and properly working.
New OEM floor mats.
Interior is super clean, exception are 3 cigarette burns on sunroof cover

Motor:

Stock B18C motor fully rebuilt using OEM Honda bearings, rings, head gasket, belts (t-belt, water pump), valve seals etc.
Head was hot tanked and reassembled.
ARP head bolts
Aftermarket intake manifold which I can't identify the brand. Came with motor.
Blox thermal intake gasket
Black powder coated valve cover w/ cut-out to adjust cam gears
OBX red cam gears
Stock GSR tranny, zero grinds and shifts like butter.
Competition clutch, stage 3, 6-disc puck.
Stock OEM flywheel resurfaced when clutch was installed.
Skunk2 short shifter (nice, solid and heavy) with stock GSR shift ****.
Energy suspension shifter bushings.
Greddy Evo exhaust w/ BlackWorks test pipe. The Greddy exhaust is very melo and deep. Not ricey or raspy.
Greddy oil catch can
Koyo dual core aluminum radiator, slim line fan
Motor was built in conjunction with Pro Image Auto Repair in Arvada. Honda & Acura specialists who’ve been in business for over 12 years. Honda Master Mechanic.
Mobil 1 5W-30 Synthetic used religiously.

Turbo:

Go Autoworks “street kit”; http://go-autoworks-store.com/gostkit.html
Log manifold
Precision 57 trim / 63 AR turbo
2.5” downpipe w/ flex section. Downpipe has been heat wrapped.
AC compatible
Tial 38mm MVS v-band wastegate with dump tube
Tial 50mm Q BOV
2” hotside 2.5” coldside, light weight aluminum IC piping
Go Autoworks IC
Go Autoworks oil feed & return line
Go Autoworks vacuum block
Honda S300 installed in P28 ecu, OBDII to OBDI jumper harness
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Precision 650cc injectors w/ harness/clip
Omnipower 3bar map sensor
Tuned by Jeremy at Revolutions Performance in Colorado Springs.
258Whp & 181ft lbs of torque at 14 psi
Currently running at 10-11psi. Have Tial springs for 6, 11, 14 PSI.
Revolutions uses a Dyno Dynamics which they call a “heart breaker”. Dyno dynamics will read 10-15% less than other dynos. Receipts and dyno sheet readily available.

Wheels:
15” X 6” SSR competitions. No curb rash, clean set, graphite gray w/ polished lip. Super light weight!! Mounted on Hankook directional tires w/ about 70% tread life left.
Alignment done by Import Sports.
Muteki black aluminum lug nuts.

What’s needed/bad:

A/C has been reinstalled w/ correct lines, new belt and stock compressor. It currently doesn't turn on (fan or compressor switch) and will need to be trouble-shot.
There's a slight vibration while driving at high speeds (over 80). Might be my tie rods.
Rear glass has some scratches from bodywork (seen in flickr link)
Small clear coat over run (seen in flickr link)
When masked, there's a small area where the masking is too close to edge (seen in flickr link)

I have receipts for all parts installed and have over fifty photos documenting the motor build and body / paint. I’ve been building this car for the past three years. This is not my daily and is always garaged. I drive it maybe 1-2 times a week and wash it weekly. All parts are very new.

Motor has less than 3000 miles. 95% of parts listed are new, not pre-owned. 1000 miles for break-in and the rest on boost. 5W-30 Mobil One Synthetic used, everything else is Honda fluid.
Properly and professionally built by an adult enthusiast using good quality parts.

Not in a rush to sell, have a baby coming early next year and have a daily which will work. Car will mostly sit this fall and into the winter. Alarm engaged while in garage. Home security includes sensors / hidden cameras in garage as well.
