1997 Honda Civic with a fully built block, turbocharged B18C and makes 446 HP at the wheels. Asking for $10,500 firm. I built it for the racetrack and just never got the time to do it. I got married and bought a house and my priorities just changed and the car just never gets driven. I drive it like maybe 4 times a year, and that’s just to make sure it gets started up and moved occasionally. I have had the car 15 years, and its time for it to go to someone who will actually drive and enjoy it. This car is my baby, I'll probably cry when I see someone else drive off in it. It was dyno tuned by Speed Factory Racing in Tacoma, WA. Put down 446 HP to the wheels. Got the dyno sheets to prove it. - B18C1 block with Golden Eagle ductile iron sleeves & block brace with coolant ports. Also has copper O-Ring in top of block and utilizes a Golden Eagle all metal head gasket. Rated to hold 30 psi.

There's no good answer to that question. A car's value is in the eye of the beholder.

To get what you're asking, I would think you need to find a buyer for whom this is EXACTLY what they are looking for or want to build, but don't have the time to build it themselves. I think that holds true for any high quality, highly modified car though. Just imo.

Very nice! Since it was built for the race track, Put back the A/C is out of the question then?

It is possible, but I don't think anyone would want to go through the trouble of putting it back in. It would require a different turbo manifold and you would have to redo all the piping.
