FYI:

Pulled fuse to daytime running lamps since FD2 headlights have city lights built in, doesn't affect drivability or cause any lights on the dash

Shift boot is not installed currently because of how the **** sits, but can be reinstalled easily

TPMS light is on due to no sensors in wheels, causes no issues... just annoying

Idle Air Assist delete can cause slight jerky acceleration in the mornings upon cold start up, but goes away once it's up to temperature. If I let the car warm up for 1-2 mins it doesn't do it at all

Stock hood prop rod was removed so I have an alternate prop I use

Front wheels are different from rear (obviously), but I will include 2 extra to match rears

This is my daily driver so the miles will go up

Pros:

Interior is complete, rattle free and is in near mint condition

Runs and drives solid, motor is strong and pulls well, and will continue to be super reliable for well over 250k miles

Recently installed NGK iridium plugs (>500 miles)

Recently installed battery (> 1000 miles)

Replaced both front wheel bearings and CV axles in 2016

Overhauled AC system in 2016 (new compressor, condenser, accumulator and expansion valve, and seals/o-rings. Freon evacuated and recharged professionally at the dealership)

Oil always changed with full synthetic 5w30 and K&N filter since I've owned the car

Two owner history (first owner was a single guy who commuted to work, hence the mileage)

No check engine lights

Cons: (going to be very honest here...)

Trans output shaft seal seeping a bit (quick cheap fix with a $10 seal, just never got around to doing it, doesn't affect drivability/shifting/etc)

Passenger axle boot torn but isn't clunking or making any noise

VC gasket was just replaced along with spark plug tube seals but has very slow leak around the back side of the valve cover (probably not torqued down enough)

Front end conversion is unpainted and passenger side fender has some surface rust

Clear coat is starting to fade on tops of doors (super common for Hondas around this time period)

Rear wheel arches have inside lips shaved and arches received some cosmetic damage to them while making room for wheel/tire setup

Passenger rear door has about a slight indention at the very bottom from a miscalculated turn in a parking lot, (not blatantly obvious but it's there... some damage to rocker panel as well but is covered up by side skirts)

Steering rack has occasional low speed clunk over small bumps when turning (there is a Honda TSB out to rectify this issue by re-torquing rack mounts, just never got around to doing it)

Door belt moldings are showing some age

Roof/windshield moldings are showing age

Can include the following with purchase if necessary (depending on deal):

Aftermarket metal FD1 hood (unpainted)

(x2) 5 Zigen FN01RC 17x9 +35

Koni/Neuspeed suspension setup

Pair of DEPO chrome housing FD2 headlights (broken mounting brackets)

OEM shocks/springs

OEM 08 Si front bumper w/ HFP lip

OEM FD2 shift ****

OEM Si shift ****

As you can see it isn't perfect by any means but with paint/body work you could have a really decent daily... Or if you want to go with a track vibe just throw a splitter and a GT wing on it and call it a day haha. Cosmetic issues aside, this car has been very well taken care of and never neglected or abused. I drew a lot of inspiration from cars you'd see rolling around in the pits at a circuit track in Japan... very purpose/function driven, which is why the rough around the edges look never really bothered me. Had my wife and I not gotten pregnant with our second child, I would keep it and get the body straight, but I'm really wanting to upgrade to something roomier and more on the stock side of things.

That being said, I will entertain trade offers for something older and larger but it must have four doors. Older BMW's mainly, Lexus, Infinity, ect... Luxury sedans and the like. Stock preferred!

***ATTN: VEHICLE CURRENTLY HAS A LIEN WITH ABOUT $1200 REMAINING. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS PRIOR TO INQUIRY. WE CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET EVERYTHING SIGNED OVER AT TIME OF PURCHASE***

Asking $6999 OBO.

Vehicle is located 2 hours south of Atlanta

Thanks!

They seem to work ok on both my phone and my laptop... Not sure what the issue is?
