They are perfect on the Type-R, I bet that would sweeten the deal for a potential buyer.
When I sold my S2k I left my volks on and it sold super quick, it's easier to sell with the car because it keep the price at a higher amount instead of maybe selling it for less and then still having to sell the wheels later.
