FS: 1999 EM1 EBP Honda Civic SI - OKC
My Civic is up for Sale!
***UPDATE*** Price drop $5000!!
I have owned the car for about 11 months. Bought from the second owner who had the car for about 15 years. It has 153,xxx miles, garage kept its whole life. I bought the car to get back into Hondas and have a daily driver but my 3 kids won't fit and I'm moving this summer....car has to go. Its a great car, interior is sound. Pretty much stock aside from what you will see below.
The bad...
I bought it with a salvaged title..Car had some mild hail damage, insurance totaled it and the previous owner pocketed the check. I was able to get it registered and insured no problem.
Also, car had some pretty good drivers side rear quarter damage that I had professionally repaired. The hood is NOT original vin ***niether is the rear bumper***. I have the OEM hood that will be included in the sale...its pretty beat up.
The Good...(all below has been done within the last 6 months)
Stock B16a motor aside from the short ram intake. Pulls strong!
Fresh OEM EM1 Grill
New HPS Short Ram
Fresh interior panels to replace broken ones (OEM)
OEM Si Wheels...(some curb rash)
New OEM side VTEC badges/rear SI badge
New axels (driver & passenger), lower ball joints, O2 Sensor, plugs wires tranny fluid
New VTEC solenoid gaskets
New Tein Street Advance Coilovers
Mild tire wear
Hit me up at 4Zero7.22one.21three6. Shoot me a text or leave me a message. If I don't recognize the number I don't pick up. Thanks guys...on with the pics.

Not sure where the hate is coming from these EM1s especially in EBP are getting hard to find in anything resembling stock condition. Wish I was in a position to make an offer. Free Bump!

And maybe I’m not educated in the whole fear of The salvaged title. The car had mild hail damage that the insurance company decided not to repair...hence the salvaged title. I got the car registered NO PROB and have been driving it around for almost a year. Frame is solid. Motor is solid. Interior is solid. The body has some bumps but the car is in great condition overall.

I dont know where people get these high prices from. Ya its en EM1, but its salvaged. As a car enthusiast, you have to look at the entire car market, not just Honda. Sorry man I dont want to hate but thats way over priced. EBP EM1 clean title, easy 6k. Salvaged, 3k tops. People want clean and unique, not salvaged and unique. If I were to consider a salvaged title, it would be a track only car, and I still wouldnt pay that much.

Help the man sell the car don't bash on the man. S-Title does hurt, but you may not find a clean EM1 this clean and very little mods. Good luck on your sale.

Thanks man, I appreciate the love and support...go figure, car dudes helping car dudes do car stuff...I almost thought that kind of stuff was dead.
I still don't fully understand the huge perceived downside of the "salvaged title"...I think its fair to say that not all salvaged titles are equal and careful consideration should be made. I don't understand how its just a blanket "salvaged title = 3k off the value"?
Anywho...great car, Needs a loving owner!

Some advice, how about posting pictures of the actual hail damage you mentioned instead of photos from 20 feet away. Show the quarter panel you had repaired so a potential buyer can see the quality of the work done. The car has a salvage title from hail yet there is not one photo showing the damage that caused the title to be salvage. Do do you not think that someone who is interested in the car will want to see these areas? Seriously..

Are you interested in buying the car? If so, you can PM me for more information and I will gladly oblige. If not then keep it moving and stop blasting my thread. Seriously.
Thanks!

Yes em1 are hard to find I’d say if you sell it for 4500 to 5,000 because of s title that is reasonable. And looking at the pics it is a very clean car. Good luck with sale and if anyone out there looking for a true civic si 6th gen, here ya go. 👍🏼
