I'll update this with more details/pictures hopefully this weekend. For people that only read the first few lines of a for sale ad, if you are looking for a numbers matching, single owner, 97 ITR unicorn then this car isn't for you.
If you are looking for a 97 ITR that has a NON-SALVAGE title, and has been basically restored with as many new OEM parts, as well as a mix of performance related parts then this car might be for you.
Asking price for the car is 18k OBO. The car is located in the Northern Virginia area (20 minutes outside of DC).
You can see the 'build' thread located here: ITR Expo Forums: 1997 ITR #280 - Log
Some of the pictures maybe broken due to image hosts, but it'll give you a general idea of what was done to the car. Like I said, detailed pictures will be taken soon and posted up here.
Below is a general list of modifications/etc that I can remember off the top of my head. I've also included a few small issues (just things that need to be taken care of) for full disclosure to any potential buyers.

Checkered ITR floor mats (4 Pieces)
Checkered ITR rear trunk mat
Wheels/Tires
Dunlop Direzza ZII – 205/50/15 (Less than 100 miles on them)

Bodywork included the following new items from Honda, all items then painted at D&V Autobody
o Front Bumper, Front Lip
o Radiator Support
o Wheelhouse Piece
All suspension pieces have been sandblasted and powdercoated gloss black by Figure Finishing
All hardware has either been zinc plated or purchase new from the dealer
New Front and Rear Hubs (New from Honda)
About 90% of bushings replaced with HardRace bushings. The rest with OEM Honda
Full Interior
Spare Kosei K1 replica stickers (looks more authentic than what’s on the wheels now)
No A/C
Power Steering is looped
Brand new OEM Honda Fender Liners + All new OEM Hardware for bumpers, etc
Issues
Small ding/dent above the quarter panel that was unable to be removed by PDR
Small exhaust leak where axle back meets B-pipe – The nut on the B-pipe needs to be cut or re-tapped
Using a JDM ITR ECU – check with your local emissions if you will pass. No emissions where I live so it’s easy
The ABS sensors are not installed at this time – Will provide to buyer to install
No engine torque mounts installed – I have most of the pieces, just wanted to powder coat them

Re: 1997 Integra Type-R #280
That's clean. I hate to be one of those who says this but if you still have this in a year, and it's still up for sale, I would pick this up. Just not currently in the market for a car but I will be eventually. Free bump for you and GLWS until then.
