Description:
I bought this a few months ago, but with closing on my house in a few weeks, i'd like to free up some extra cash. I don't have to sell, but would like to, if I can get my money back out of it. I have it priced very aggressively for how meticulous the conversion and build is. People have priced cars not as clean as this for $2-3k more. I sold my last s/c red hatch for $10,200, so I know this one is priced perfect, and better than my last one in every aspect.
I bought it from a friend of mine a few months ago, and he had bought it already converted but n/a. Adrenaline Autoworks put on the turbo kit and did the tuning, car runs perfect and gets 30+mpg. It makes 303whp at 10lbs of boost with a full exhaust. Car has a lot more in it, but is a daily for me, and I prefer drive-ability and gas mileage over making a tad more hp at higher boost.
The car had a complete re-shoot done a few years ago, and it is oem quality. All the door jambs, engine bay, etc were re-painted. The car shines like crazy and only has a couple of minor minor imperfections. One is the waste-gate popped open and hit the hood, causing a dimple. Than the front bumper has a small 2" spot of paint chipping, which I can have professionally touched up. Car has a brand new oem front lip, just needs to be put on.
I bought it with BBS rs wheels on it, and had these Work wheels ordered the same week I bought it. They are super rare, and on a 3-4 month back order in this kind of offset. They are 15x7.5 +20, and they are o-ring wheels with a stepped lip all around. Original work valve stems, caps, and centercaps. Wheels are all mint, with no curb, rash, bends, nothing. Rides perfectly smooth at 80+mph with no vibrations or pulling.
Here is a quick rundown on the mods list, ill update it as I remember more details:
Conversion:
It has every single aspect and part off the sir-s, and not just a half-*** conversion. Has all the original bronze tinted glass, sir-s tailgate, doors, etc. A complete running sir-s was sacrificed for the conversion. This has everything on the right spot, and nothing was left to show reminiscence it was once a shitty usdm 1.5l grocery getter (i.e., fusebox, antenna, windshield wipers, gas/trunk open, etc. is all in the right spot). It has working power windows, locks, folding mirrors, auto climate control. The interior is complete down to the jdm headliner/visors and every interior plastic piece off the sir-s. It has a super rare black/grenada red combination on the seats and door panels. It is all in mint condition, and is one of the most sought out interiors. Has original Pioneer Carrozzeria head-unit, speakers, and door tweeters.

^no thanks. I take that back, I'm not parting anthing on the car. No trades unless they have a lot of cash on top.
I'm also willing to add cash on my end for right evo or s2000. But than my trade value would be around $12k, I have it priced low for a cash sale.
