1993 del sol with JDM B16 Swap

Hey guys! I'm, sadly getting rid of my sol due to my new son who will be born approximately a month from today
!
The car runs great, and its freshly painted. It has the JDM B16 SiR 2 long block with headers, new mandrel bent 2.5" exhaust/muffler, and CAI (Spectre cone and AEM pipe)
Car has 17" rims and low profile tires with plenty of tread left.
Car is also a 5-speed manual.
The car also has discs all around, no drums.
The only issues the car has is that the parking brake cables have not been installed (but i do have them, brand new), and its missing the washer fluid pump/nozzle.
The interior of the car is ok, not perfect, the passenger side door panel handle is broken (can't open it from the inside, but you can open it from the outside), and the passenger side door panel is missing the plastic speaker holder.
the car's body has about 130k and the motor has about 110k ( i do not have the papers for the motor but i will provide VIN's upon request)
Car has no A/C and it has no Power steering
Car has a chipped ecu with 2-step at 6k and vtec at 5,600
car has no CEL and has a fresh inspection sticker (10/12)
car has NGK wires and new plugs
New cap+rotor
new CAI Spectre Cone
New ECU (chipped)
