1990 Honda Civic Si
A bone stock 1990 Honda Civic Si. The original owner of the car (an elderly lady) owned it since new and until early 2015 when it was sold to my barber. He owned it a month and then sold it to me having never registering it in his name. The car was very well maintained during the original owners time with what is probably the most complete service documentation you will find. The original title of the car is still present with a "Souvenir" stamp from the DMV, window sticker, owners manuals, a copy of the check the car was bought with, even the evaluation of the 1978 Datsun 510 traded to the dealer for the purchase of this car. The Car was built in Canada and sold in Portland Oregon where it spent its whole life with the first owner. It now resides in Redmond Oregon. It didn't escape its time spent in the city without a few dings, but overall the exterior of the car is in good condition. The interior of the car is in very good condition, and is very complete minus the drivers floor mat and one clip for the luggage cover. The ac blows cold and the heater blows hot.
The car has 185,9XX miles on it and has only ever been adult owned. In my time since buying it I have over $2100 in receipts for work done to it. More notably is a Synchrotech re manufactured transmission, new clutch/ flywheel, timing belt, water pump, and front left CV axle all done at 173k.
This has been a fun car and always a second driving option since I purchased it. Life is taking me in a different direction so having time and money to put into this vehicle isn't an option any more. There are some areas of the car that will need attention. The brakes will need to be worked on. The master cylinder has a leak, I believe the brake booster is failing, and pad/ rotors are due. The car remains drive able, but this will be on the short list of a new buyer to tackle. The passenger window regulator needs to be replaced and the drivers is finicky. Included with the sale are some parts I purchased for the car, and enough new oil filters for a couple years. The housing of the passenger rear view mirror is cracked. I have brand new replacement mirrors for both the driver and passenger but haven't swapped them out because the ones on the car continue to function. While there are good EFs out there, unmodified, original, documented, adult owned, clean titled ones like this are becoming harder to find.
$3K obo
Thanks

Re: 1990 Honda Civic Si
IMO worth every penny. The driver's seat is the nicest I've seen original/not rebuilt. Haters will say it's photoshopped.
Seriously though for anyone trying to pull "My boy just bought a b-swapped blah blah for $3K" then go buy another one - it won't be this minty OEM OG fresh.
GLWS!

Re: 1990 Honda Civic Si
Hi 1990 SI,
I have the exact same car, also white and built in Canada with over 210,000 miles on it with a lot of body rust but still running well..
After considering buying a new car I decided to keep mine and start working on it but I also thought to start with one in better condition, yours appears to be.
My idea is to buy yours and drive across the country back to ny. I plan on keeping the body and interior stock and in good condition but upgrade the suspension and motor.
Thanks for showing me your car, hope to hear from you, Primalman.

Re: 1990 Honda Civic Si
I paid more for my last Si with higher miles, EK Si wheels, and ebay coils.
This is a deal, someone scoop this up pronto.
If I wasn't knee deep in my RT build I'd be flying out this weekend.
