Default Whining noise

the transmission sounds like its going in reverse while moving forward. Doesn't do it parked and revving, only when rolling. It does it in and out of gear.

GSR transmission

Any idea what it can be.

Are you talking the "grind" that you get when the reverse gear doesn't mesh correctly? Any work done to the transmission?

The grind noise sounds when you are going foward as if you are In reverce. And it gets louder the faster you get. And all I put on it was the LSD. Besides everything els is stock.

Did you make sure the clearances were correct with the Diff bearings when installing. GO over and talk to Synchrotech, they know all on Honda trans.

I have a 2008 Honda Accord,103k miles on it , i get a whining noise when i go in reverse, no transmission work done. I have been reading that's "it's normal" , I'm not so sure , when do I worry.

It's completely normal because of the inherent nature of reverse gear versus forward gears.
