Default Violent jerk when in any gear

I have a 92 EG hatch built K24 and 6 speed transmission. The car is around the 500whp mark. Customer brought the car in because they blew out 2nd gear. It was running a stock Type S transmission. We advised to let us build a transmission, but they wanted to go cheap and put in a stock Accord 6 speed and sell the car. After install the car went in all the gears and drove fine. I told them not to push the car on the street or push it too much because the tranny will probably go out again. Well the came back and now it grinds 2nd, 3rd is almost non existent , and if you give any throttle the car jerks violently. The car is undriveable. It has a twin puck Competition Clutch. I haven't dealt with many twin puck clutches, so would that going out cause the car to jerk that much or is the tranny shot again? I'm working on uploading a youtube video of the test drive.
