My 4th and 5th gear synchros have finally started going out on my H2B crx with a y1 tranny. I'm in the process of dropping the transmission when the lower starter bolt is just spinning without coming out. I've been used the starter assembly and wrench to press against the bolt while trying to ratchet it out. I've only gotten it so far and it doesn't seem to be backing out anymore with the pressure I'm able to put on it. I have the bolt maybe 1.5" backed out, does anyone have any idea how I can get this bolt out? I'm stuck!
