Default s80 or y21

Hello guys
i have an b20vtec 185whp 191nm currently with y21 no lsd gearbox
i found a s80 with an 4,7 fd
mu question is is the type r tranny the better choise for me i am using my car for street races mostly and every day driving as well
i am asking you because even now with the 4.2 fd i am spinning paradas on 3rd

You will get more traction with an LSD trans. The shaft gearing is going to be the same but, with the 4.7 FD you will have much more aggressive acceleration speed. As far as spinning you need to work on traction. Granted you fix the traction issue..the 4.7 will be a nice improvement. Had a similar setup years ago and loved it...went to a 4.9 FD shortly after for that little extra!
