Default Quaife vs. OEM type R LSD for my street driven boosted GSR

Im trying to figure out which one to purchase the Quaife or the OEM Type R.. Anyone who has one... Please, fill me in... which one drives better on the street?? maintaince?? Will it change the feeling of my tranny?? Anything else i should know??

you can look around and buy a good used Quaife around 600+

i got lucky and found one for 690 shipped. threw it on and will never look back =]

i vote +1 for quaife

A new quaiffe with new oem bearings and shims if needed, a tube of hondabond and some fluid will put you right around a grand. Thats assuming you can install it, or have a mechanic friend that works for . I have had my quaiffe for 4 yrs now, its one of the best investments I have made in the car.

We have a differential that will suite your needs. Its a torque biasing differential with a lifetime warranty. It is the best torque biasing differential on the market today! Check out the reviews. Its race proven too!

I was looking to buy a quaife... But the guys down at GearSpeed sold me on a Wavetrac LSD for my GSR... Looks sweet... Cant wait to put this bad boy in...
