Post engine/transmission and oil you use



In the d16 and b20z2 I use castrol Honda multi vehicle ATF

The b18c1 gets Pensoil 10w 30

Most of us run a dry graphite lubricant with molybdenum. You haven't heard?

civic
engine gets valvoline 5w30/ 2.0L vtec turbo
tranny gets vavoline 10w30/ ITR 4.40 trans

thinking about switching the trans fluid to honda MTF

Integra
engine gets a whole bunch of mixed oil, castrol 10w40, vavoline 10w 30 & 5w30/ stock LS
trans I dont even know or dont even want to know what fluids in there/ stock LS
