odd squeal in ITR transmission

My J4D ITR Tranny has developed an odd squeal. It only occurs after 15+ mins of driving. It seems more prominent once I let the car decelerate to under 10km/h and then clutch down and release the gear, then I will hear this squeal. I'm thinking the release bearing, but the sound still remains whether I clutch down or not. The only difference is that the tone of the squeal changes when I engage the clutch. The noise will go away if i keep pumping the clutch up and down, or if i give it a bit of gas right at the friction point. Is this my release bearing... or is it main/input shaft one in the tranny?

Thanks

sounds more likely to be a throw out bearing. some of the cheaper ones don't live so long. i would just buy a new clutch kit and check the input shaft when you have the tranny out. see if there is any play

So a bit of an update to this
removed the tranny and swapped out the throwout bearing, main bearing and pilot bearing. Noise still apparent. One thing I noticed was that there was a groove starting on the Pressure plate. The shop said that was normal however.

I just read that a fork could cause the pressure plate to mess up and thus cause this noise?

clutch disc has popped out a spring, typical B series.

Where was the groove on the pressure plate?

no wear on the area near the springs or stress fractures, clutch looks fine. The wear is on the fingers of the pressure plate where the throwout bearing touches
