JDM honda accord 2001 ex trans not working please help!
Well i think i have one of the hardest questions around.
JDM honda accord 2001 Ex v6 sedan AUTOMATIC
My buddy bought this car for cheap, the guy who sold it told my buddy that the motor die and he replaced for a jdm j series which is great condition (he bought it from a engine vendor) Motor has 60xxx.
They finish to do the swap but after a month the transmission went..
so he decided sell it for cheap.
Now after we did the basic trouble shooting we found this:
car doesnt go back or forward.
the light D4 (drive)in the cluster is blinking
check engine light
We swap ECU (same model, same engine, from other car) and is not the ECU
Vin # of engine starts with J30a1
we think might be a transmission solenoid that went bad, is that possible?
if so would be a easy fix.
and save us the time and money replacing for a new transmission.
I will appreciate any advice
Thank you!

Trouble codes will be present if pressure or a slip condition is present, and if any short to ground or open circuits exist in any of the transmission sensors.
Check the fluid level, and ensure the axles/differential are not broken. A broken diff side gear can be easily identified because the speedo will indicate speed, while you are not actually moving.
