Hi i need help i have honda civic 2000 PK recently planned to swap D15B3 with hx cvt tranny i got the P2j-j62 ecu with this swap so i swapped successfully engine starts well no fault codes but cvt tranny is not working even the tranny wires are not connected any where i need help regarding this where to connect these wires or does this cvt requires a tcm or what ? any help will be highly appreciated as i m very confused.

The CVT has a separate TCM and is a royal pain in the ***. The easiest way to do it is find the engine and cabin harness from an HX CVT, otherwise it's easier to swap in a manual trans than it is to try to wire up the CVT.

i actually don't have its TCM and i don't know about its TCM can you tell me which tcm it had to run this transmission i want to use it as a CVT Tranny i would like to try 1st.

You'll need a TCM for a '96 - '00 HX coupe or a JDM TCM from a 6th generation civic with the CVT/Multimatic trans. From what I remember the TCM goes on the opposite side of the car as the ECU in those cars.

Actually i can't find the actuall TCM and i am from Pakistan so i can't get the dash wiring if you can help me to show the TCM so i can import it thanks

The control unit part number is 28100-P2M-327

You might be able to find someone selling one in the Honda-Tech marketplace (you can place a WTB ad in that section after you're no longer a trial member) I'm not sure of there are any Japanese importers in Pakistan but if there are perhaps they can get you the JDM version (multimatic TCM)

ok thank you so it is 28100-P2M-327 which will work with P2j-j62 which is D15b 3 stage v-tec original ecu ? or i will have to get another ecu too ??

today i got the CVT Transmission TCM unit code is 28100-PEJ-013
so can i use this in my setup infact this is honda CVT M4VA transmission tcm which i got with my D15b engine.
if i can use this i want tcm pinouts also if someone can help me thanks in advance

Thanks to God i got succeed in my swap the cvt is working fine now what i did bought a complete dash wiring , cluster and shifter now glad to have this swap this is awsome with working all three stages .
