hard to get in gear

The car is a 93 integra gsr.
Alright, At a stop sometimes i can not select any gear. If the car gets a little roll back I have no issues selecting any gear.

when in gear clutch in ,the car wants to move forward as if the clutch is out.
The trans has no bearing noises/whine grinds or pop outs, and every gear shift smooths while driving. running supertech oil and just tired honda mtf. The mounts have been changed with new ones and inserts

Only issues are a crappy snapped ebay shortshifter and an idiot used a bolt instead of the bitch pin.
I was thinking my presure plate is damaged or my clutch release spring has a tab broken off?
Anyother ideas

Your clutch is not disengaging. Don't know why. try adjusting linkage or bleeding the slave.

Re: hard to get in gear

sounds like a bad clutch disc, springs popping out, or a stretched cable.

Inspect the cable and replace if needed. Replace the bolt with a spring pin.

If the cable doesn't fix it (or is ok), look into the clutch.
