Default flywheel question

Hey i have been researching the clutches and flywheels and im stiil kind of unsure about which flywheel to get the light weight (12lbs) or the ultra light weight (9lbs) i just bought an ls swap bone stock and it needs a new clutch and flywheel i eventually and shooting for the 400 hp range and i am looking into the stage 4 competition clutch with flywheel kit ( i know clutches arnt rated by hp) but what im wanting to know is what are some of you guys with higher hp cars running as far as flywheels would a 9lb flywheel be safe/uphold and would the drivability still be nice or should i just go with the 12lb and call it a day. This car is a dd
thanks for any help
