Default Auto Transmission slips and shifts bad
Hey everyone new guy here! My in laws just gave me their 1990 LX and the transmission slips and generally shifts weird! Itll slip itll hang in gear all sorts of things never the same thing twice! Fluid was a little low took car of that and it got a little better. I am new at Hondas so Im here to learn, could I get some ideas on what to do?

with it doing so many things I would think it's in need of a rebuild

you can try swapping out the tcu and see if that fixes it first
