Default 5th gear keeps popping out!!!

as the title says, my 5th gear keeps coming out.

my question is what do i do to fix it?

btw its the M2B4 trans

so i figured it might be 2 things

either i need to do a tranny "flush"

or i need to get a new master cylinder/ slave cylinder

Worn selector sleeve

OR

"dogs" on fifth gear are done.


OR

Bent shift fork (least likely)

LMK if you need parts, I got a bunch of H series stuff lying around

My syncro spring broke one time. Kept popping out unless i held it in gear

see thats what i had to do on the freeway, then one time it just pushed my hand off.

Were you having and issues prior to the popping out? Mine started not wanting to downshift to 3rd and grinding on the up shift.

well, i swapped a H22a into my accord and it came with the M2B4 and ever since i swapped it its been acting up
