Which Wire Harness is needed? +ECU

Ok, so I have a 2000 Civic SI with the stock B16 and stock ECU.

Engine harness was stolen. So, question is... I plan on boosting the B16 in a month or so. I need a new engine harness. I read that an EX harness will work, assuming 99-00 only however?

I have OBDII, I heard I need to swap to OBDI for tuning when I go turbo, is this true? If so...

1. which harness should I buy?
2. would I need a jumper harness?
3. which ECU do I get?

Sorry if this is a noob question, I've been researching it for hours and its just confusing the fawk out of me! lol

I do have my stock 00 SI harness all cut and spliced up, the one stolen was a Rywire harness since I have a full tuck in the engine bay... I am trying to avoid spending $300-500 for a tuck harness again. Suggestions. Thanks in advance.

you need a stock 99-00 civic ex/si obd2b engine harness,an obd2b to obd1 jumper harness to use the obd1 ecu in your car for when you get tuned and a p28 ecu..

99-00 ex will work, but you'll have to rewire the distributor plug.
