Vtec head assembly ?
 

If the head was taken appart at the machein shop and rebuilt and now it dosn't work what could it be missing and what should I look for. Im more concerned withe the internals and not what is visible ie. the dowl pin + O ring and oil controle orafaces cuz thats all there. Thanx

Rocker arm pins, a faulty solenoid/pressure switch, or insufficient oil pressure at the solenoid.
