VTEC conversion parts list
Is there anything I forgot?
2000 SI head (including valve cover, sensors,manifold): $500 ECU (Reprogrammed P28): $200 B20 head gasket: $40 GSR head bolts: $50 VTEC oil lines: $50 (more?) Modify head for VTEC: ? Upgrades: ITR outter springs: $80 Portflow inner springs: $40 Portflow retainers: $160 ITR intake manifold: $190 Is that it? What should I expect to pay for the head to be modified (VTEC oil hole plugged and dowels enlarged - anything else needed to the head?) |

My vtec oil line cost me about $60 to make, but yeah you can build it a little cheaper. You also forgetting one definatly important thing ----> new timing belt

Just got a new timing belt 800 miles ago...
As well as the new ITR oil pump, all new bearings throughout and new seals. |

Header! I gotta figure out what I am going to use too cause we gonna stuff that b20 into an 87 CRX if that deal comes through.

yes the above link is great very easy to follow. Man, you definately are getting good deals on those parts, especially the head.
