VAFC2 vs. VAFC

Does anyone know the difference between the VAFCII and the VAFC? Besides the cosmetic difference.

VAFCII was designed to work with the K engines. It also allows you to store different settings, I think like 2 or 3 (not sure). But both are essentially VAFCs in function.

vafc- 8 points of fuel curve adjustment at 500rpm increments

vafc2- 24 points (12 lo cam + 12 hi cam) of fuel curve adjustment at 100/200rpm (not sure which) increments. also, the dial turns from green to red when vtec engages.

Thats the kind of info I was looking for. . . increased fuel map resolution and better control of tuning points.
