move your stock gsr dual intake valvesprings over to the exhaust side and get dual ITR valvesprings for your intake side...you'll be fine with that.

err not really

You will also want to get the itr lost motion asemblys, they should run about 250 from the dealer.

btw, in case you dont know, he meant dual itr valve springs, as in outer (bigger) and inner (smaller) springs for the intake portion

get a hondata, cam gears, and bump up your compresion, you should make 180 ish whp

you guys make like changing vavle springs is a 5 minute affair...
if you put itr cams in your gsr you can run them with stock gsr redline...
but vtec engagement won't be at the right place so from 4400 to 5700 there will be a dip in power...

Just drop them in if your not planning on raising the redline. Screw the ITR lost motion assembly unless you get it for free. I used the GSR one and made plenty of power in the motor in my sig. Get a vtec controller and set the x-over to 5K for driving on the street. Right now i have a B20-vtec with ITR cams. I haven't bothered upgrading the valvetrain because i am running a stock GSR ecu. Therefore i don't need to change them.

Also to the person that said don't misshift. I would agree that misshifting with any car and any set of cams can have bad consequences.
