Turbo
 

I just got a Garrett t3/t4 turbo in my 00 Civic SI. The motor is all stock with only cam gears and a skunk2 intake manifold. Does anyone know how long my motor will last before I have to rebuild it if I just boost 8lb the most and racing it once in a while.?

you'll be fine, just dont push to much more than that

You obviosly can't expect an N/A Honda with a turbo on it to be as reliable as stock. Cause it won't be.

If you keep great care of it, you should be fine at 9psi. But don't forget you'll have to change the oil much more, new plugs all the time, wires, etc.
