Default Steel braided line fittings

I've tried summit, as i have a account with them and have come up with nothing..
I've searched just about every auto parts store in baton rouge today alone..

I'm trying to connect two of my lines together..
i'm looking for a double ended male connector. 1/8'' i believe here some pics

I'm trying to find a longer nipple as i'm not applying enough pressure to the fittings and it seems to leak in this one spot because i'm not going deep enough.

This is just an example, but in the middle connection where i'm connecting both lines it leaks a tad bit only because i dont have a long enough nipple.

i've tried lowes and ace hardware as well.
Any thoughts?

Here's a picture of the connector i have now, again its too short the way it goes into the line, going into the fitting it fits fine.

the big line u see going to the gauge is a line kit i got from summit, the other line u see is a russell, I'm just trying to fix this w/o having to buy another line kit.

I thought only AN style fittings had to bottom out to seal due to the flare style ends. NPT i was always under the impression that they were kind of an inteference fit and depending on what your using it for use either teflon or another type of sealant on it.

You need to get rid of the adaptor. You need a 6-6 or 4-4 AN connector. I cannot tell from the pic's but it should be a -6. If you need something longer get a "bulkhead" -6-6 fitting.

That would make sense since it shouldnt have to bottom out using NPT it should tighten up. And if he shows us a pic of the inside we can tell for sure if its an AN fitting.

Did the 1/8 npt go in smoothly ?

Also how deep are those threads on your female connections ?

then use a -4AN union.

http://www.jegs.com/p/JEGS/752560/10002/-1

Also there is no need for teflon or any type of sealant on AN fittings.

yes, if both ends are -4AN then you want the same size.
