Suggestions needed: H22A swapped CD7 going from 145hp to 200hp
I want to start making power out of my Accord. Makes a solid 145 right now, how hard would it be to get that into the 200s? I have a general knowledge of working on cars but I am lost when it comes to motor swaps. Would love to see and H22A go into her eventually though.

well either you will tune the ecu yourself or with help from a friend, or professional help from a dyno garage tuner. Whichever way, you’ll need a wide band o2 sensor & air-fuel ratio gauge. Then your choice of a standalone management system like Hondata, or a chipped ecu with laptop, software(chrome), and ostrich cord for real-time tuning..... most professionals don’t mess with chips these days so keep that in mind.
The only way to gain reliable power without tuning is to do an engine swap. Bolt ons will give you some gains, but not nearly the 50Hp you’re seeking.
once you have engine tuning capability, there’s a few options for getting to 200+ Hp depending on your level of mechanical skill and budget.
