Sqeek From Dash 2009 Civic Si
 

So the to top left part of my brand new car makes a noise from the plastic creaking when it is about seventy degrees or under outside. It is really annoying and goes away when I sqeeze the dash. This car does not have a scratch on it and is in perfect condition. I dont want to leave it at the dealership for a whole day and have them rip my whole dash apart or have them tell me its all in my head. Any advice from someone who has my same problem would be great!

It's a honda, they're known for it.

Honestly I would take it to your local dealership and let them deal with it seriously. This is coming from a Certified Honda Tech. There's probably a service bulletin out on it.. "maybe" ok when I get to work I can check for you but if I were you take advantage of the " factory warranty ". ITS FREE what more can you ask for. So what if they have to tear it apart you can go back behide them and inspect if anything got damaged and complain about it.
