Running a little rich there stud. Looks like maybe a dirty air filter and possibly a minor tune up as your CO2 is a little low as well.

It looks like your mixtures are right on, that car is not running rich. An air filter will not cause a fuel injected engine to run rich.

Incorrect. A dirty or restricted air filter will cause the CO2 levels to rise, and willl also affect fuel trim. Ive fixed many a CO2 level with a simple clean air filter. His 14.5% C0 also indicates less than lambda. His HC's are also slightly elevated.

DCFIVER, do you have a copy or access to that Excel Lambda Calculator from iATN, the PC that I have a copy of it is down right now, did you already use it in this case Sir?

An iATN brother.

Can you please explain how? His CO is very low which would indicate it is not lean. Of course, it has a catalytic converter so those readings are masked and we don't know what year/model it is. I think you meant 14.5% CO2, not CO? I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you on the CO2 but would like to know what would be the cause of that.

Measured values at:

15 Meas 1.01 Lambda (lean)
25 Meas 1.007 Lambda (lean)

15 MAX .996 Lambda (rich)
25 MAX .994 Lambda (rich)

15 AVE 1.013 Lamdba (lean)
25 AVE 1.008 Lambda (lean)

I went online to the calculator, I dont understand it, but here it is.

Sorry my CO and CO2 readings were mixed up. CO2 is the result of complete combustion. (Assuming the cat is in good working order. Based on the rest of his numbers Id say it is.) 15% CO2 is considered perfect and complete combustion. Im sorry if i mislead you. CO2 alone is not an indication of Lambda but plays a part. When i calculated it i put .02 oxygen readings instead of .2 which skewed my results. He is actualy slightly lean. Just over Lambda. Check out the iatn website. Many useful tools including a lambda calculator........BTW, if you are unaware Lambda is the calculated formula for stoich. Lambda =14.7:1 AF. But lambda is more accurate

Duane i see you already found what you were looking for correct??
