running problem.....HELP!!!

here is the setup B18b turbo, t3t4, 450 dsm injectors, hondata tuned and here is the problem:

I have a misfire on cylinder 1 at idle up to about 3k.

here is the list and outcome of all the tests i have done:
-compression- 1:175 2:190 3:190 4:190
-cylinder leak down- showed less than 5% on all 4 cylinders
-valve spring test- showed ok.
-timing is dead nuts, i have spark, i have good feul pressure.
-swapped plugs with a good cylinder, swapped plug wires with a good cylinder, swapped injectors with a good cylinder
-disassembled the distributor, inspected, cleaned.-everything checked out ok.

The catch: I performed a running compression test and for some reason cylinder 1 was considerably lower than the rest.

Question: If the valves needed and adjustment could this cause the low running compression.

Ideas, comments, suggestions welcome.

there is a how-to on valve adjustment somewhere if you search.
do you know if your dizzy is ACTUALLY firing cyl 1? how did you check your spark?

try using a multimeter to see if your injector is getting a bad signal

its definatly getting spark on 1. I used a spark plug tester. and the injector is definatly pulsing.
