Icon5 Repairing my totaled car- will it pass the inspection? I need help!

So I totaled my 2005 Civic and bought it back from the insurance company. The damage is fairly minor. It has a crumpled hood, cracked bumper, destroyed headlights and destroyed upper rad support bar. It still drives great and everything still works(even the air conditioner), but since in Ohio, where I live, I must get it inspected for stolen parts or something before I can legally drive it again. They say it is not to evaluate the safety of the vehicle or the quality of the work performed. Here is the link: http://www.dmv.org/oh-ohio/salvaged-vehicles.php My questions are:

1. Will I get in trouble for having a 2001 engine from the same gen civic in my 2005 car?
2. Will having a test pipe be a problem?
3. Will it pass with a lot of mods?
Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.

You take your car to an insurance accredited shop and they repair it to proper standards. It has nothing to do with ridiculous mods and a different year engine. Should of taken the money, those are the worst generation of civics.
